We highly recommend Finish Line for AC/heating. It’s been our experience that they are honest, reliable and respectful. We interacted with Ken (owner) Tyler, Paul and one other tech (sorry I didn’t get your name) thru this process and each of them are well trained and willing to explain their work. Our warranty work was done immediately and thoroughly. Thank you very much.

On 6.19.2026 our ac went down at our home in North Port at 11:00 pm. We Called 9 companies fist that all claimed they offered 24 hour service. The companies really offer 24 hour AI telephone service. We wasted an hour calling and leaving messages, when we called Kenny Gibson from Finish Line he actually answered the phone and was out to us within 45 minutes and resolved our problem professionally . Kenny has very fair emergency service pricing. . Our advice call Kenny first. We will be using Finishline AC in the future for all our needs.

These guys came through! I had called my regular a/c service company 3x while my house was at 81 degrees and left multiple messages with the service rep and didn’t even get the courtesy of a call back. Then I called Finish Line and they picked up on a Sunday on the 1st ring. I spoke to Kenny and he had someone at my house within an hour, at a reasonable rate and had my unit back up and running that same day (frozen coil). They even scheduled to come back the next day (free of charge) to make sure the unit remained working properly. Customer service is everything and word of mouth is worth more dollars than you can count. Finish Line just became my new A/C go to guy and I suggest you give them a try. Good work , at an honest price with guys who actually put service first!

Kenny came out as scheduled and did a thorough check of our HVAC system. He called me when he was done and we now have peace of mind knowing our system is in good working order. I would highly recommend Finish-Line Cooling & Heating.

Kenny the owner came highly recommended from a good friend’s brothers and they were correct! Kenny was very easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would! He clearly communicated what the problem was with my air conditioning system, there were no hard sale tactics used and then performed the required repairs for me. I Definitely would recommend him! I just wanted to add another positive note to my review from almost a year ago: Kenny the owner of Finish Line Cooling and Heating are the best! I wish all contractors in Florida were as honest and dedicated to taking care of their customers like Kenny and his company Finish Line Cooling and Heating. The new system that was installed by them almost a year ago and working flawlessly stopped working. I contacted Kenny at like 7:30 pm and spoke with him. I told what was going on and without hesitation he said he would be there between 12 and 1 pm the next day ( mind you that I was out of town and told him there was no rush necessary). They showed up on time like he said they would and found out that the problem wasn’t to do with the new HVAC system they installed or their workmanship. It was because of the HOA’S landscape/yard maintenance company’s lack of being professional and while they were trimming the bushes by the unit somehow they cut through the wires to the unit. Long story short! Again, I just wanted to let everyone know Kenny is the best !! 👍

Hands down these are the guys to call. Had our ac go out at midnight and made for a terrible night sleep. Was told they could get me in late afternoon. Turned out they were there hours ahead of schedule and got us back up and running in less than an hour. Awesome price for the part and labor. And super reasonable on the service call. Will without a doubt make Finish Line my company from here on out. Kenny is a pleasure to deal with and Nick the service tech was awesome. Very professional and courteous an knowledgeable. Seriously cant say enough good things about them. 10 out of 10 🤘
