HVAC Maintenance Membership
Keep Your System Running Right for $14 a Month
Most AC breakdowns do not happen without warning. They start as small problems that build over months: a capacitor losing strength, a coil collecting grime, a refrigerant charge slowly dropping. A professional tune-up catches those issues early. Our membership covers everything your system needs, with priority emergency service and repair savings included.
Cooling, Heating, and Clean Air, Done Right
From a quick repair to a full system replacement, we cover the heating, cooling, and air quality work that keeps Suncoast homes comfortable.
AC Repair & Installation
Repair, replace, and tune up your AC, we walk you through your options before any work begins.
Heating & Heat Pump Service
Most homes here run on heat pumps. We repair, install, and service them for comfortable cool nights.
Ductless Mini-Split Systems
For garages, lanais, sunrooms, and additions that never feel right — installed and repaired right.
Ductwork & Duct Cleaning
We clean, seal, repair, and replace ductwork to stop the wasted cooling and the dust in your air.
Indoor Air Quality & Humidity
Whole-home dehumidifiers, air purifiers, UV systems, and smart thermostats for dry, clean air.
24/7 Emergency Service
When your AC quits in the heat, we answer day or night — including weekends and after storms.
Commercial HVAC
We keep light commercial spaces running with repair, installation, and maintenance agreements for offices, shops, and restaurants up to 25 tons.
Keep Your System Running at Peak Performance
Regular tune-ups are the cheapest way to avoid a breakdown in the Florida heat. Our maintenance plan covers a full seasonal tune-up, priority emergency service, and 10% off any parts and repairs — all for one simple price.
The Pit Crew Plan
One plan, three ways to pay. No long-term contract required.

What Every Tune-Up Includes
Each visit is a comprehensive inspection of your entire HVAC system. Here is exactly what we cover.
Filter Inspection and Installation
Coolant Levels and Pressure Check
We check refrigerant levels and system pressure. Low refrigerant forces the compressor to work harder, drives up bills, and causes damage if unchecked.
Thermostat Check and Calibration
We verify your thermostat reads correctly and communicates properly with the system. Even a couple of degrees off can cause short cycling or wasted energy.
Wiring, Contacts, Capacitors, and Relays
Evaporator Coil Inspection
The evaporator coil absorbs heat from indoor air. When dirty, your system loses cooling capacity. We inspect for buildup, ice formation, and refrigerant leaks.
Condenser Inspection and Cleaning
Your outdoor unit releases heat. Dirt, grass, and debris restrict airflow and reduce efficiency. We inspect and clean the condenser coil.
Condensate Drain Inspection
A clogged drain line causes water leaks from the indoor unit. In Florida’s humidity, algae and mold block drain lines quickly. We inspect and clear it every visit.
Outdoor Disconnect Inspection
The electrical disconnect is a
safety component. We verify it
is functioning correctly with no corrosion or damage.
Condenser Fan Motor and Blades
We inspect the fan motor for wear and check blades for damage or imbalance. A failing motor can overheat the compressor.
Compressor Startup Inspection
We monitor the compressor during startup to check amperage draw, listen for sounds, and verify smooth operation. The compressor is the most expensive component in your system.

After the tune-up, you receive a written recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs.
Member Benefits
The tune-up pays for the membership. The additional benefits make it even more valuable.
Priority Emergency Service
When your AC fails at night or on a weekend, members move to the front of the line. In a Florida summer, that priority can mean the difference between hours and an entire day without cooling.
10% Off All Parts and Repairs
Every repair, every part, every visit. The savings often exceed the membership cost after just one repair.
Fewer Breakdowns
Most emergency failures involve components a technician would catch during a tune-up. Easier and cheaper to address during a scheduled visit than a midnight emergency.
Lower Energy Bills
Clean coils, proper refrigerant charge, and tight electrical connections keep your system running efficiently. The DOE recommends annual professional service specifically because neglected maintenance leads to declining performance.
